How we work
We’d rather get something right than get it out fast.
Two people and no handoffs: every line of code has a name on it.
If we can’t explain a feature in one plain sentence, it goes back on the bench.

We started Max Output in 2025 to get really good at making software: software that solves real problems and actually helps people. Still just the two of us.
